In this video we show how the Softphone Workspace Connector can be easily integrate in any web based CRM (actually any web based application). All the powerful features of the Connector are available also for the Generic CRM version. In the video we show a the screen pop for a voice call, a chat and an email. We show also the multi-session capabilities and the recovery features of the Connector.
